Holiday Rental in Sète: Spacious two-room apartment of 43m2 on the 1st floor (with elevator) in a luxury residence with swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 30) + terrace. 150 m from the beach and 200 m from shops in the new Villeroy district. In the bedroom you will have a 160 bed and a closet. Bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, toilets are separate. The living room is composed of a rapido type sofa bed, table, chairs, storage and television, air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, fridge, dishwasher (6 place settings). You will appreciate the air conditioning! Basement parking included n°P10. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details)
