On 3 levels it is composed as follows: On the garden level a beautiful living room with kitchen, lounge, fireplace, dining area open onto the magnificent terrace, its pool house and swimming pool. A relaxation lounge with large screen TV, A master suite with bathroom and WC, 180 cm bedding, direct access to the pleasure garden.

On the upper floor find: two bedrooms each with 160cm bedding,
a bathroom with WC, access to a large equipped terrace with sea view. Possibility of accessing this floor also from the outside.

You will discover on the top floor, under the roof, the master suite, 180 cm bedding, office area, bathroom and breathtaking view of the gulf and the scrubland.

Outside you will enjoy the heated saltwater swimming pool with a 15m swimming lane, the pool house with its fully equipped outdoor kitchen for a friendly lunch, dinner or aperitif, an air-conditioned and fully equipped gym.
