Ground floor: entrance with laundry room, fully equipped kitchen. A few steps to access the living room and the dining room with wood stove. Shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. A beautiful old staircase serves the bedrooms upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 bed and a large bedroom with a 160 bed and balcony, communicating with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 twin 90 beds. High chair, travel cot. "Nespresso" coffee machine.
