Bathroom with toilet. 1 bedroom upstairs (1 double bed, 2 single pull-out beds). Enclosed courtyard and large shared garden of 600 m² with swings. Enclosed courtyard in front of the cottage by electric gate. Parking for 3 cars.
All shops nearby. Hiking in the surrounding forests. 30 minutes from Dijon, capital of Burgundy and also 30 minutes from Langres, a fortified city.
Charges and supplements: Sheets: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Bathroom linen: €5 for the stay per person. Kitchen linen: €2. Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included): allow €60 to €100 per week. Basket of wood: €5 / Stere of wood: €50. 1 pet allowed maximum.
