In Seignosse, ideally located at the foot of the wild dune and 400m from the shops, pleasant duplex patio villa in a residence with a communal swimming pool. It has on the ground floor a living room with a 130cm sofa bed and a fitted kitchen, all opening onto a furnished terrace and an enclosed garden. A shower room with toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area has a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a shower room with toilet.
NO TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM! You will only have a small television upstairs in one of the bedrooms.
Communal swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance work.
Pets allowed: if you come with a pet, a supplement of €39 will be requested
