In Seignosse Penon, small terraced house on one level located in a quiet area with beaches and shops within walking distance, ideal for family holidays. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a living room opening onto a beautiful terrace, a separate kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms with a large 140 cm bed, one of which has a television, a bedroom with 2 90 cm bunk beds, and a bathroom with toilet.
