On the ground floor are: the air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden with Spa, the fully equipped kitchen-diner, the large living room with billiards, pellet stove, television, a first bedroom with 140x190cm bed, the bathroom with large walk-in shower and double sink, separate toilet.

Upstairs, three bedrooms each with 1 140 x 190cm bed (size of the bedrooms at a height of 1m80: 9m², 7m², 12m²). The largest bedroom gives access to an east-facing balcony terrace with relaxation lounge and hanging seat. The 17m² mezzanine offers many games for the little ones. A second bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet is upstairs.

The 480m² wooded garden promises moments of relaxation. With friends or family... Also ideal for professionals with television in each room and lockable doors. Adjoining, a gîte for 7 people with swimming pool will open soon. Rent the 2 gîtes to gather up to 15 people!
