Upstairs: bedroom with 1 160x200 bed (non-separable), office area with wardrobe, bathroom with Italian shower (90x90cm) and sink. Terrace with private, enclosed garden of approximately 50m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Secure and private parking spaces. Laundry room shared with another gîte with washing machine and dryer.
