Ground floor: open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, American fridge with freezer compartment, coffee pod), living room with sofa and 146cm flat screen TV, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 160x200 bed (not separable) and one with 2 90x200 beds (possibility of 1 160x200 bed) bathroom with bathtub, shower screen, electric towel dryer and double sink. A separate toilet. An office area with quality sofa bed for 1 person.
Terrace with private and enclosed garden of approximately 70m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Secure and private parking spaces.
Laundry room shared with another cottage with washing machine and dryer. WIFI.
All-inclusive cottage (energy charges, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning). A green setting in the immediate vicinity of Belgium with a 12th century church listed as a historic monument. Sebourg is a village in the Valenciennes region, very popular with lovers of peace and fresh air and its medieval church symbolizes the rich rural heritage of the surrounding area. Red brick houses and farms typical of the region.
A major place of pilgrimage, the church of Sebourg was built from the 12th century and modified in the 17th century. Its baroque bell tower has dominated the entire Aunelle valley since 1697.
