Upstairs: bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 (not separable), office area with wardrobe, bathroom with Italian shower (90x90cm) and sink.

Terrace with private and enclosed garden of approximately 50m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Secure and private parking spaces.

A major place of pilgrimage, the church of Sebourg was built from the 12th century and modified in the 17th century. Its baroque bell tower has dominated the entire Aunelle valley since 1697.
