Far from any road and 100 m from the winegrower owner's home, the gite is surrounded by vines grown biodynamically, with the greatest respect for nature and its inhabitants. Vineyards and country houses are the two jewels of this region: it is in the heart of its famous vineyards (Monbazillac, Saussignac, Montravel, Pécharmant...) that the town of Bergerac stands. Tennis 500 m away in Saussignac. Private lake on site (no water in summer).
Outside the house, enjoy the large unfenced grounds of 1500 m2 with a small covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, ping-pong table and swing.
