This room offers direct access to the intimate enclosed garden, equipped with garden furniture with barbecue and protected from the sun by a wooden pergola. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Access to the sleeping area by a beautiful wooden spiral staircase, 180x200cm bed and second flat screen TV. Small garage available.

At the foot of the Morvan and on the legendary "Nationale 6", Saulieu offers both the advantages of the city (market and shops nearby and on foot, cultural visits, luxury SPA, restaurants, ...) and the countryside (large lakes of the Morvan, authentic villages, castles, canoeing, walking, cycling, horse riding, ...).
