In the center of Saulieu, in the heart of Burgundy and at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Natural Park, this large cottage is the ideal place to meet up with family or friends.
On the ground floor, 50 m2 living room with equipped kitchen and lounge / dining area. TV / Netflix. flat screen. Pellet stove (pellets provided). A bedroom with a 140cmx190cm bed and a bathroom with adjoining toilet.

On the first floor, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with 1 160 bed and 1 with 1 140 bed), one of which has its private bathroom, walk-in shower (laundry area: washing machine and dryer). And a second with bathroom and shower. Separate toilet on landing. Fan in each room.

On the second floor, common area with kitchenette, it serves 3 bedrooms each with 2 90xmx190cm beds. Shower room and toilet. Air cooler.

Enclosed exterior and private and secure parking. Garden furniture - 2 planchas. Children's games.
