résidence trés calme

l'agence nous donne rdv pour 16h afin d'obtenir les clés pour la réservation et il a fallu attendre 1h en plein soleil pour obtenir les clés et pour rendre les clés de l'appartement le rdv était fixé le 24/07/21 à 8h le matin personne n'est venu , l'agence à envoyé des personnels de ménage pour reprendre les clés 30 minutes après, pas trés sérieux, très mal organisé, je ne reprendrai plus cette agence AIR et MER SARZEAU et en plus l'agence ne m'a pas restitué mon chèque de caution de 250 euros!!!!!!!

Property manager's response

Bonjour, Comme indiqué sur les documents, la remise des clés se fait à l'agence SANS RENDEZ-VOUS de 16 h à 19 h. Aucun rendez-vous n'est fixé ! La personne qui devait faire votre départ a eu tout simplement un problème de voiture et donc n'a pas pu se rendre à l'heure convenue. Nous vous avons prévenu de suite par téléphone et nous avons dû trouver une solution dans l'urgence pour venir récupérer les clés. Nous vous rappelons que la caution peut être restituée par courrier après un état des lieux de départ. l'équipe AIR ET MER VACANCES

Une semaine ressourçante

Location en très bon état. Sa situation proche des commerces et de la voie rapide nous a permis d'accéder facilement et rapidement aux différents sites que nous souhaiterions découvrir. Les belles journées d'octobre nous aillant accompagnées, nous sommes repartis enchantés de notre séjour.
