A bay window provides access to the south-facing terrace where you can have garden tables, deckchairs and sun loungers. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms, the first includes two single beds and offers a nice view of the sea, the second includes a double bed (two twin beds), storage space.
The garage will allow you to store bicycles or strollers.
A parking space is included on the plot.
