Description of the accommodation

Pleasant holiday home, in the quiet of a dead end. Come and discover the south of the Gulf of Morbihan from this house, ideally located 500 m from the town center of Sarzeau and its shops, and in the center of the Rhuys peninsula.
The house consists on the ground floor of an entrance with cloakroom, a living room with dining room, a separate very well equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to a bedroom with double bed and storage space, a bathroom with WC and a separate WC with hand basin. Upstairs there is a bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds and lovely views of the Gulf of Morbihan in the distance. On a clear day you will even see the town of Vannes! A sleeping area on the landing with two single beds completes the sleeping options in the house.
Garden planted with trees, terrace furniture and sun loungers. Outside possibility of parking a vehicle on the plot.

Maison très fonctionnelle et agréable. Mais l’absence de wifi fait que nous ne la louerons plus Le jardin était très agréable

"à retenir sans hésiter Agréable surprise pour un pavillon situé en fond de raquette, peu éloigné du centre ville de Sarzeau et du golfe du Morbihan, entouré d&#39,un jardin fleuri, bien entretenu, une petite vue sur le golfe depuis les velux des chambres de l&#39,étage. Pas de wi-fi mais peu gênant à l&#39,époque des smartphones et un excellent rapport qualité-prix. à recommander sans hésitation."
