Description of the accommodation

House with pleasant courtyard garden, 300 m from the beach and located in a residence with swimming pool (opening second half of June to mid-September, from 9 [hidden] to 9 [hidden], unsupervised).
It consists on the ground floor of an entrance opening onto a living room with convertible sofa, open fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC. The main room opens onto a terrace with summer kitchen where you can enjoy the shade of an olive tree. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with double bed, one with an additional single bed, a bathroom with WC and sink.
Parking spot.

Swimming pool access from June 15 to September 15, 2024.

End of stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen area)

The shops, boutiques, biscuit factories, bars and restaurants offer many local products.
Stop at Arzon thalassotherapy for a treatment, or come and discover the cultural heritage of the Rhuys peninsula! Between woods and marshes, visit the medieval castle of Suscinio in Sarzeau or stop in the shade of the walls of the cloister of the abbey of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, located 200 m from the sea.

Ideal base for holidays on the Rhuys Peninsula, you can set off to explore the Gulf of Morbihan from the very popular district of Port-Navalo.

Déçu du logement et surtout de la propreté

A notre arrivée nous avons attendu 1 heure pour avoir la clef de la maison alors que j avais prévenu 15 jours avant de notre heure d arrivé. Découverte d une maison sale le ménage n était pas fait, le lave vaisselle était en panne, toute la vaisselle ranger non laver, la douche était bouchée résultat une vrai galère pour se laver. Barbecue non utilisable, étendoirs multi-rafistoler au skotch ! Bref deux point positif là literie était confortable. Les frigos pas tout jeunes fonctionnaient très bien malgré leur états de salté. Logement loin de toutes commodités, boulangerie et commerces. Bref déçu

Bonjour, effectivement certain samedi sont très chargés pour les interventions de ménages, entre les locataires qui veulent quitter leur logement le plus tard possible et ceux qui veulent prende possession du leur le plus tôt possible, il est compliqué de satisfaire tout le monde. Pour éviter ces difficultés, nous proposons des séjours à partir du jeudi chause semaine. Nous avons répondu à votre attente en effectuant un ménage en fin d'après midi et espérons que vous apprécié notre belle région malgré le temps maussade. Cordialement

"L'agencement de la ""petite maison"", le jardin sécurisé, tous les éléments mis à disposition dans toutes les pièces de la maison (accessoires de cuisine, jeux dans le salon, livres dans la chambre d'enfants...) sont vraiment très appréciables ! On s'y sent d'emblée comme chez soi !Deux plus : évidemment pour la proximité avec la plage, une merveille ! + les petits mots des propriétaires sur les lieux à voir et les choses à faire, qu'on a respecté sans regret !Un petit bémol sur le soin apporté au ménage, qui peut être bien facilement corrigé par l'agence..."
