Near the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, renovated 18th-century stone house on one level (a few steps to access the interior). Living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, and sitting area.

One bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed (an extra bed can be added as a trundle bed). Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Folding crib and high chair.

Parking. The house does not have an outdoor space, but guests have access to the owners' neighboring garden where they can relax and enjoy their meals (lounge), as well as the shared, unheated 4x8 m indoor pool, open from June to September, weather permitting. Bicycles can be stored in a cellar next to the owners' property. Maximum 2 pets.

Charges and supplements: End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Heating and reversible air conditioning, electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included). Towels: €5 per person.

Also close to the tourist attractions of Auxois and Morvan.
