Near the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, renovated 18th century stone house on one level (a few steps to access the interior). Living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area.

A bedroom with a 140 bed and a small bedroom with a 90 bed (extra bed possible in a trundle bed). Shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Folding bed and high chair for baby.

Parking. The house does not have an outdoor space but holidaymakers have
access to the owners' neighbouring garden where they can relax and have their meals (lounge) as well as to the shared and unheated 4x8 m indoor swimming pool open from June to September depending on the weather. Possibility of storing bicycles in a cellar next to the owners. 1 animal maximum.

Charges and supplements: End of stay cleaning: €40. Heating and reversible air conditioning, electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included). Towels: €5 per person.
