On the 1st floor, landing with washing machine, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and private bathroom (sink and shower), 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, with bathroom (sink and shower). On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and a bathroom area, with sink and bathtub. WC. A small lounge area, with dryer. Baby bed and high chair on request.
Beautiful exterior, with large garden, 2 terraces, one overlooking the Canal du Centre and the Eurovélo 6 (greenway), with a view of the vineyards.
Please note: Access to the gîte is via a small steep path. Gîte not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no bedrooms on the ground floor). Parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Possibility of storing bicycles in a closed wooden chalet.
Immediate proximity to the Canal: children are under the responsibility of their parents.
In Santenay: numerous tasting cellars. Casino. Cycle paths: La Voie des Vignes cycle route through the vineyards, Greenway from Santenay along the Canal du Centre, possibility of also taking the old railway line to Nolay. Many hikes in the vineyards, on the hill of Montrachet or the mountain of the 3 Croix. Nearby: the castles of Pommard, Meursault, Couches. Other wine villages with evocative names: Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet, les Maranges, Saint Aubin... 15 minutes from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, known for its famous Hospices listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
