The house
The home is located in a friendly and secure gated community of only eight houses. Recently renovated in 2020, our house offers modern amenities and conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 600Mb WiFi available in every room, you can easily stay connected and work or stream your favorite shows during your stay.
Spread across two spacious floors, our house features three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. There are two full bathrooms and a WC on the ground floor, ensuring that everyone has enough space and privacy during their stay.

The inviting kitchen has a Quartz worktop and integrated hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, electric grill, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and all the cookware and kitchen equipment youāll need.
There is a breakfast table for laid-back breakfasts and reusable plastic plates and cups for the children.
A sliding door leads you from the kitchen to the living room.

At the back of the house overlooking the garden is the twin bedroom with two single beds, a bedside table and built-in wardrobes.

Soak in the bathtub after a day of hiking in the stunning trails that you will find all over the north of Tenerife.
Thereās a shower over the bathtub, a sink, toilet and bidet, and a skylight that brings natural light in.
There is a small step and toilet seat reducer to make it easy for independent little ones to use the bathroom.

Towels, linen and professional cleaning
We take pride in ensuring that our villa is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.
We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.
We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel per guest as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
Mid-stay cleaning
If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at ā¬15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Parking
Private parking is available outside the property for your convenience.
Families
We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for ā¬30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Pets
We accept small pets on request only. There is an additional charge of ā¬40 per pet, per stay. Send us a message if you want to bring your pet.
Remote working

The local area - La Quinta and Santa Ćrsula
La Quinta is a peaceful, residential area that has the best of both worlds with ocean views and beautiful green countryside and mountain views.
A short walk from the house will take you to the local park, JardĆn Social La Quinta, as well as to the nearby viewpoints of Mirador De La Quinta, Plaza del Mirador, and Mirador Callado Blanco which are all located nearby.
The nearby town of Santa Ćrsula is known for its wide selection of guachinches, local informal restaurants that serve local dishes such as grilled white cheese with mojo sauce, barbequed meats, fish, salads, gofio escaldĆ³n, chickpea stew, soups, and seafood plus their own local wine, usually grown within a few kilometers.
There are a number of supermarkets in Santa Ćrsula, as well as pharmacies, banks, and a post office.
We recommend a visit to the weekend farmers market in La Matanza de Acentejo, selling seasonal local produce such as cheese, meat, fruit, vegetables, cakes, local honey, jams, and the famous mojo sauce.
Less than 15 minutes drive away is the magnificent El Bullullo beach with its fine lava sand and big impressive waves.
