Of course, it also has Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and heating.

Parking is not an issue, as you can park right next to the house.

The garden stands out for its variety of botanical species, a small private 'botanical garden,' which includes a small greenhouse area where she cultivates her collection of bamboo, among other plants.
