American kitchen, large living-dining room with access to one of the terraces
equipped with outdoor furniture.
At the entrance of the house is the pool of 7 x 3 with its porch equipped with
furniture to enjoy refreshing moments.
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 bed x 1.50, 2 beds x 90 + bunk bed (2 x 90) +
bathroom with shower.
A floor one bedroom suite, bed x 1.50 + bathroom with shower + terrace of 25
m² with small view on the sea.
It has wifi, barbecue and garage (by a vehicle) and another parking within the
same plot.

Sant Pere Pescador beach, renowned for its fine, shallow sand, stretches over
seven kilometres of preserved dunes. It is a unique place for families,
offering ideal conditions for the practice of water sports.

Groups under 25 are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed.
