Welcome to this modern and stylish holiday home only 250m from the beach in the wonderful and prestigious urbanisation Guadalvillas!

This 3-bedroom semi-detached townhouse is a perfect holiday destination for couples and families, with easy access to everything needed.
Bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away and Puerto Banus and Marbella are less than 15 minutes away by car, allowing you to explore all the beauties the coast has to offer. To access San Pedro centre, you only have a short 15 minute walk ahead of you or a 5 minute drive. Here you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants. For golfers, there are a dozen courses nearby.

The three-bedroom house displays a modern, stylish vibe as everything has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2024. On the ground floor the open living area offers a cosy seating area, dining area and kitchen. This stylish space creates a serene atmosphere that perfectly complements the property’s location. The large terrace offers a dining table for 8 and a lounge area. There’s a 42“ TV with soundbar and internet access in case you want to watch your favourite Netflix, Disney, Prime or other program.
High speed WIFI (100 mb) is available throughout the entire house, including the terraces.

The fully equipped modern kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator with freezer and ice/water dispenser, microwave, induction cooking field, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, all kind of kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There’s everything you need for cooking, relaxing or hosting friends or visitors as there’s equipment for up to 12 people. A washing machine and a dryer are located in the garage, which you can easily access from the kitchen. Of course, there’s also an iron and ironing board. The garage fits a regular mid-size car (up to 4,8 m) but you can also conveniently park directly in front of it.

The first floor features three bedrooms, all of which include double beds and two bathrooms. The master bed is 1,80 m x 2 m and the other beds are 1,60 m x 2 m in size. The master bedroom has a French balcony and a view of the golf course. Another bedroom encompasses a big and covered terrace facing the golf course where you can sit in the shade and watch the players. Each bedroom has shutters, ample storage space and is tastefully designed. The newly installed high tech air condition allows each bedroom owner to steer it individually and to set his own favourite temperature and airflow. The bathrooms (1 with huge walk-in shower, 1 with an extra-large bathtub and a shower) have underfloor heating and adjustable lights to create the atmosphere you prefer.

On the 3rd floor, there is a huge rooftop terrace. The rooftop is equipped with a covered outdoor dining table for 6-8 guests and other comfortable seating, a built in BBQ and a kitchenette so you can prepare meals and dine there. Of course, you can also suntan and enjoy the view, esp. towards La Concha. If you want, you have sun all day long.

The house is ideally for both, relaxation and entertainment – a perfect blend of tranquillity and privacy, while still being situated close to all amenities and the beach.

The urbanization Guadalvillas is a gated community with own security guards. Additionally, the house has an easy-to-use alarm system, so if you are out, you can feel safe about your belongings. Guadalvillas encompasses two huge swimming pools just for the community inhabitants, one is just 20m away from the house (don’t worry, there are houses in between so it’s not noisy at all). For the guests there is also beach 2 minutes away, swimming equipment and some board games.

Additionally, we provide a great number of amenities for you so that you don't have to worry about buying it before arrival. These include hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing tablets, 2 rolls of toilet roll for each bathroom, sponge, dishwashing soap, wipes, and towels.
On arrival, you will find a welcome book with all the information, tips for restaurants, leisure activities etc. The owners have put some real thought and effort in renovating and equipping the house and we are sure you will feel home away from home!
