Kitchen area equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator, extractor and 2 electric plates; A bathroom with bath and WC;
Parking space in the basement.
Ski locker
The residence's indoor swimming pool is open in summer and winter (closed in the off season).
The residence's outdoor swimming pool is only open during the summer period (closed the rest of the year).

The Residence Grand Tétras (formerly NEMEA group residence) offers a green and wooded setting with large gardens on the edge of the forest. Located 400 meters from the center of the village, in 10 mins walk along the Giffre with direct access to beautiful hiking trails, cycling and snowshoeing circuits of Samoëns in the Vallons sector.
The Grand Tétras has a games room with lounge, library, table tennis, billiards, table football, free wifi at the reception, a bike room (depending on the available space) and also offers a collective laundry for a fee.
Each apartment in this residence has free and unlimited access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool (summer), sauna (winter) and a gym with 4 fitness bikes.
They also have a private ski locker, a parking space in the underground and for larger vehicle, possibility of parking outside.

Access:
The apartment is easily accessible by car or bus in 1h from Geneva airport, in
2H30 from Lyon, and in 2 hours by train + bus from Geneva.
In winter: free buses 3 mins from the apartment (stop Les Beules) serving the gondolas of the Grand Massif Express and Vercland (ski), the northern areas of Joux Plane and Sixt Fer à Cheval, as well as the village center.
In summer: bus to the valley of Samoëns, Sixt Cirque du Fer à Cheval.

Logement très bien situé, non loin du télé cabine, et presque impeccable au niveau de la propreté. Ce logement comprend de nombreux équipements de divertissement intérieurs à la résidence. Dommage que la piscine ait été fermée pour problème technique pendant notre semaine de vacances. Spa très agréable en fin de journée.

"Séjour agréable à Samoëns - A mon goût il ne manque rien dans l&#39,appartement (hormis un ventilateur quand il fait chaud). Le lave vaisselle c&#39,est vraiment un plus sympa pour une maman. - La literie est bonne. - La place de parking en sous sol gratuite permet d&#39,avoir une voiture fraîche quand il fait chaud. - Les 2 piscines ont été très appréciées par temps chaud. - La salle de jeu dans le hall - L&#39,employée de l&#39,immeuble est très sympa et fait tout pour rendre le cadre propre et agréable - Le personnel de l&#39,agence du Giffre est très agréable et efficace en cas de problème"
