This spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a surface of 104 m² will welcome you for vacations with family or friends in the village of Samoens.
When you enter the apartment you arrive in the living room which is spacious and bright and offers a very pleasant space to live. You have a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer) which is open to the dining room and living room. The living room opens onto a beautiful sunny balcony.
Then you have a sleeping area which can be closed from the living room with a sliding door. In this space you have an independent toilet, a bathroom with a toilet. Then you have 3 beautiful double bedrooms all equipped with plenty of storage space. Two of the bedrooms have a shared shower room accessible from the bedroom.
You also have a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The apartment is ideally located close to the city center and close to a shuttle bus stop to access the ski lifts or the leisure center which are about 1.5km away.
The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!).
The cleaning at the end of the stay is included, however, the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, garbage taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...)
