4th. Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax (€1 person per day, maximum of 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
