Cross the pedestrian street and you'll be on the golden sands of Llevant Beach, with its blue flag and shallow waters ideal for children and water activities like paddle surfing.

Just a few steps from the door, you'll find an incredible variety of restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops, without needing to use the car! You can leave it in the building's parking lot for your entire stay.

The apartment, practical and functional, has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, and is equipped with air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room. - It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection.
