3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 17:00 to 20:00)
Time of entry to the apartment: from 17:00 (if there are any guests who leave that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00). Check-in before 17:00 may be at an additional cost.
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, guests are requested to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave their garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by means of pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax (€ 1 person and day, max 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
The optional wifi must be requested when you make the reservation, (€ 5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
