Just a few steps from the Paseo Miramar and Ponent Beach with a wide variety of beach bars where you can enjoy delicious local dishes or have a drink or a cocktail at sunset. Furthermore, Playa de Ponent, awarded with the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sun lounger hire, parasols, disabled access, lifeguard posts every few metres and a multitude of playgrounds and children's areas. If you are looking for a beach holiday with your family, this flat is what you are looking for.

It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely refurbished with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.

This apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped independent kitchen, a master bedroom suite with double bed and private bathroom (with shower), another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with double bed. The 2 bedrooms share another larger bathroom with bathtub.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- With optional WIFI for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.
- Optional parking with supplement. (Not suitable for large cars).
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool. (On the roof terrace of the building)
- This apartment does not have a terrace but has large windows.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.
