IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers you a T3 house located in the Odalys Residence les Hauts de Salavas, Lavandes 73.
We invite you to discover this air-conditioned house for a capacity of six people.
You can enjoy an outdoor and collective swimming pool with slide (open from April and heated until mid-June), a playground, games room and a multi-sports ground.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a living space with a pull-out sofa (2x80), a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a terrace.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom.
PARKING, TV at your disposal.
