Access
The house is designed to be accessible by car, either by the chemin de la brûlée, protected by a sliding gate or by the rte de Barjac protected by a swing gate. A closed garage is located in the same building, under the house, well sized to park an average car or bicycles or motorcycles. Access to the living level is possible by an internal staircase of the building or by an external path on the property. The property allows free parking of 5 cars at the garage level plus 2 cars at the house level. The entire accommodation is on 1 level with the terrace and the swimming pool, easily accessible from the parking place (also in a wheelchair.)

Quality of life
The house was completely renovated in 2016 with exterior insulation according to the RE2020 standard. Equipped with a double flow CMV with heat recovery and fresh air is drawn in through a Canadian well, which allows the house to be naturally cooled in summer and preheated in winter. Heating (if necessary) is done by very low temperature underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Thanks to the RE2020 standard, the accommodation is intended for all-season rental.

The geographical location and leisure activities
The ideal geographical location to access the heather forest on foot via the chemin de la brûlée, without having to travel with a car. The heather woods, a protected natural site, offer access to several well-marked PRs or to the GR4 for walks. Several well-marked trails designed especially for mountain biking. The region offers a large number of circuits on small departmental roads to discover the region by racing bike or motorbike. A pétanque ground with its well-shaded aperitif area is available on the property to spend beautiful moments with the family. 500 m away (on foot) is during the high season a horse riding site "Les cheveaux du gour d'estelle" which offers beautiful guided horseback rides in the heather woods. 3 km from the accommodation, towards Vallon pont d'arc, is the Ardèche river which allows you to practice the sport of canoeing, SUP and swimming. An adventure park is located 1 km from the accommodation towards Barjac. Markets
Every Thursday in VALLON PONT D’ARC and every Friday in BARJAC and RUOMS (all year round)
There are also many night and regional markets in the surrounding area during the season.
