Small house for 4 people in residence with collective swimming pool, it is composed at the entrance of an open kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher .... a living room with sofa bed 140/200 overlooking a beautiful yard. A bathroom with wc and washing machine. Upstairs on the mezzanine, a 140/200 bed, a large storage cupboard. There is a private parking space.
Unheated swimming pool open from May to September.
