Deposit returned within one month at the latest if the flat is left in its original condition (clean sanitary facilities, floors, kitchen and windows, fridge defrosted, mattress protector and bath mats washed). Inventory of equipment in each flat. We would stress that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

Towels and sheets are not provided.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is optional and will be agreed with the agency according to our schedule. Please ask us for the price.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, except for the period from 31 October to 31 March, after the meters have been read.
