Family home for more than 50 years, this Burgundian farmhouse located halfway between Paris and Lyon, at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Natural Park, welcomes you in the heart of the small village of Sainte Magnance. Laurence known as "Pomme", owner of this place which rocked her childhood, renovated this "house of happiness" by creating 2 comfortable lodgings for families and lovers of the countryside. This lodging is a cocoon for 2 people and a child, on the ground floor, with a living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Small terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Garden planned for 2025. Pets are not allowed.

For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided as well as the cleaning package. In addition: electric heating and electricity beyond the 8 kwh included per day.

Avallon 15 minutes away. Lake Saint-Agnan 20 minutes away. The medieval city of Semur-en-Auxois 30 minutes away.
