This upscale cottage welcomes you with a parking space, an outdoor terrace with jacuzzi and barbecue, as well as a veranda with bioclimatic roof. The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa and a television, opening onto a kitchen including an American fridge-freezer, hotplates, extractor hood, microwave, oven and dishwasher. A scullery is also at your disposal with a washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, coffee maker and pod coffee maker. You will find two bedrooms with a 140x190 bed and a television, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
