Peace and relaxation guaranteed in the shade of the walnut tree or in front of the fireplace.
The pluses, a swing, a slide and a sandbox for children. Old Berrichonne farm, adjoining the owners' house with a private landscaped garden. On the ground floor: living room/lounge/equipped kitchen - toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) - attic shower room with toilet.
