Old renovated house, near another home, including the owners' accommodation and another gite, 300 m from the village, for 4 people. Common access to the accommodation with private parking. Ground floor: lounge/living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bunk bed), a bathroom with towel dryer, separate WC. You can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, bowling alley, deckchairs). Clemenceau Beach is located 1.3 km away. In summer, the shops in the center are open (supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.) and located 250m from the house (opening in the morning from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2 km away. Heating, sheets and towels included.
