We welcome you to Saint Vincent de Paul for a comfortable stay with your family or as a couple, just 35 minutes from the beaches and 5 km from the city center of Dax, the leading spa resort in France. This rental is ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet during your treatment for which we offer adapted rates. You will be seduced by the decoration of this old renovated farm building. Raw materials, industrial inspiration, wood that gives warmth and character, an addition of stone that brings character to the whole... for a rental offering quality services. Housed in an old building and recently renovated, this gîte adjoining a year-round home will seduce you with its modern decoration combined with the charm of wood and stone. It is composed on the ground floor of a living room with dining area, lounge area with flat screen TV and WIFI, equipped kitchen area (4 gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom (1 double bed), a relaxation area with a BZ sofa (possibility of an extra bed for one person) on the landing served by a gallery. Outside, a parking space is reserved for you and a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers opens onto a private enclosed garden of approximately 350m². For your comfort, everything is included: charges are included in the price (cleaning, water, electricity, gas, heating out of season) sheets, towels and household linen are provided.
