Description of the accommodation

In the countryside, 20 km from the sea and 35 km from Nantes, this former semi-detached barn has been completely renovated. Enclosed outdoor area of 220 m² with a swing set. Available: 3 mini games (pool, ping-pong, hiccups) + 2 children's bikes (€35 deposit).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, pantry, 2 bedrooms (each with two twin 90x190 cm beds and private bathroom) and separate toilet.
Mezzanine: 1 bedroom with a sink area (two 90x190 cm beds).
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, stereo system, baby equipment (crib, high chair, bathtub, stroller, etc.).
Included: sheets.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, and towels. Pets: €100 deposit. Cleaning deposit (€75).
Leisure center with water sports activities 5 km away.
Another cottage (H44G019217) is nearby.

Un excellent séjour dans une jolie grande maison très bien aménagée au calme de la campagne Gite Très bien situé dans un coin calme, un jardin clos, une belle terrasse, 3 belles grandes chambres, dont 2 en rdc avec chacune un coin salle d eau , et de grands rangements.. une très grande pièce à vivre bien lumineuse ! Un parking privé devant, On y a passé un très agréable séjour de 15 jours, allant visiter beaucoup alentour, car tout est accessible pas loin.. merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil, et sa gentillesse ! On recommande ce lieu pour y passer du bon temps ! ??????
