A bathroom with shower and towel dryer, a separate toilet. Possibility of accommodating a third person in the living room. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed. Easy parking next to the gîte. Sheets, bathroom and household linen, heating and electricity included in the price. At Paradis des Ecureuils, you will discover a haven of peace close to all amenities. A few minutes from exit 21 of the A5 motorway and only 12 km from Troyes, this gîte is ideally located. Set off to discover Aube and its specialties, the lakes of the Orient forest, Nigloland, the factory outlets, but also the vineyard and Chaource.
