Gite adjoining the owners' house (bed and breakfast and other gîtes on site), located on the outskirts of Nantes, in the outbuildings of a former hunting lodge.
Enclosed common land of 2300 m². Private terrace.
2 shared adult bikes.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen.
Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with mezzanine converted into a lounge/office area (2 beds 80x200), bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: Wifi, DVD player, radio, baby cot and high chair.
Included: sheets, towels/household linen, electricity.
Not included: electric heating and tourist tax.
Nantes 4 km.

Charming suburb house Charming place with calm surrounding. A lot of space outside and inside for you. Well equiped house and all the amenities you can use. If you have bike, you can get anywhere fast
