Access to the main room with an open fitted kitchen is via a raised ground floor. You will find a living room area with sofas, TV, internet and dining room, a bathroom, with bathtub, 1 sink and WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 160x200 bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower with WC.
Private terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture, parasol. Parking on site in the property. You will find a large 10x5 m chlorine swimming pool secured by a shutter to share with the second gîte and the owners. With a gentle slope of up to 1m70 and having a staircase, it is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Cleaning at end of stay 50€. Towels and sheets included.
