The cottage has on the ground floor a living room with lounge area, dining area and a fitted kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (shower + sink), separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have a double bedroom (140x190 bed) with dressing room and television, a bedroom (1 single bed) and another double bedroom (140x190 bed), a bathroom (bath, sink and toilet). On the mezzanine, relaxation area, reading with armchair and sofa bed. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers. The 3500 m² plot is not enclosed. Electric heating and electricity at an additional cost. The beds will be made on arrival, household and bathroom linen provided and cleaning included in the price of the stay. For our animal friends a cleaning fee of €50.00 will be requested. 20 minutes from Troyes, 15 minutes from the factory outlets, come and stay in a small village surrounded by fields. This spacious detached two-story house will offer you a large wooded plot of land not overlooked.
