Nestled in a green setting (3000 m2), close to the city of Vichy, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will be charmed by this cottage made entirely of wood. Comfortable service.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the living room with pellet stove (bag of pellets at the customer's expense to be paid on site) and the dining room in the veranda. 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom (shower) giving direct access to the sauna. Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) with terrace access, 1 mezzanine with a desk and weight training equipment, a children's room with 1 baby bed, a desk and games, separate toilet. Heating by heated slab and reversible air conditioning. (Included in the price)
In the basement (access by a staircase secured by a barrier), 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, the laundry area and access to the garage. Private indoor swimming pool (9 x 5 m) accessible from May to September depending on the weather. THE ADVANTAGES OF THE GITE: sheets included and beds made on arrival, household and bathroom linen included. Cleaning included.
