The gîte du Champ Coutellard offers you modern comfort between town and countryside. The owners, who live right next door, will be happy to give you all the information for your visits, if you wish.
With its independent entrance, this gîte is on one level. You have a living room with equipped kitchen, opening onto the covered terrace. You can enjoy 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160 x 190 cm for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. You can enjoy the large enclosed green space of approximately 1000 m². The terrace offers a view of the meadow where the owners' few poultry frolic. You will have a charcoal barbecue to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
Possibility of welcoming horses in the meadow with shelter. Saint-Pourçain-Sur-sioule and its vineyard are 15 km away and offer many visits and activities. At 35 km, the Montagne Bourbonnaise, with its highest point at 1160 meters, has many hiking trails for enthusiasts. Vichy, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a spa resort at 10 km.
Special rate for spa guests €1200 for 3 weeks. The plus points of the cottage: Sheets included and beds made on arrival, household linen included. (if bed linen is changed during the stay: €15/bed) Heating and electricity at the customer's expense, to be paid on site, at the end of the stay.
