On the ground floor, you can enjoy a 1st bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower. Independent WC. With a view of the owners' fields, you can sunbathe around the unheated swimming pool, for the exclusive use of customers, fenced and secured by a chlorine alarm, dimensions 8mx4m, 1.50 deep, open from June to September. Garden furniture near the swimming pool will allow you to take full advantage of the place with a plancha available and a ping-pong table. Baby equipment: high chair, bed, bath, stroller. This independent gîte of 80 m2 is located in Périgord Noir in the town of Saint Rabier, halfway between Périgueux and Brive la Gaillarde, 14 km south of Hautefort (Château and Medicine Museum) and 20 km south of north of Montignac (Centre International de l'Art Parietal Lascaux 4), less than 10 minutes from a motorway exit. You can enjoy the calm of its location and the charm of the Périgord stones. A house completely renovated with taste and modernity which will be the ideal family accommodation for holidays in our Périgord and will allow you to enjoy the tourist attractions of the region. You will have free access to a tennis court in the town of Saint Rabier. The owners will be delighted to show you around their farm.
