This gîte adjoining another gîte has a pleasant private enclosed flowered courtyard with a shaded terrace.

The particularity of this gîte, and what makes it a real asset, is the third bedroom through which you access via the terrace and which benefits from total independence (ideal for teenagers!) The entrance leads to an equipped kitchen and a TV lounge area.
Upstairs, a bedroom completes the ground floor.
On the 2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
