The particularity of this cottage, and what makes it a real asset, is the third bedroom which is accessed via the terrace and which benefits from total independence (ideal for teenagers!) The entrance leads to a fitted kitchen and a TV lounge area.
Upstairs, a bedroom completes the ground floor.
On the 2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
