This old farm located in the Allier Valley has been tastefully renovated with the desire to welcome guests in a haven of peace. The place is ideal for nature lovers (500 m² of private land) who are looking for peace and quiet. The unobstructed view allows you to enjoy the landscape in summer and winter and to see your close neighbors in the distance: deer, does, roe deer and local wildlife.
Nearby: Saugues 12 km away (shops and services, weekly market, organic lake with supervised swimming, Beast of Gévaudan museum, Tour des Anglais, Michelin-starred restaurant 5 km away), white water sports on the Allier 10 minutes away. The entrance is directly through the living room, composed of a dining area where a large table awaits you, perfect for sharing your meals near the wood stove, a lounge area with a TV, a vinyl player and its records and a few board games to occupy your evenings. You will find the fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.) opening onto the terrace adjoining the cottage with garden furniture and fire pit.
