The cottage is accessible by a stone staircase. It is located on three levels: on the raised ground floor, you will have a living/dining room open to the equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave. Upstairs accessible by a staircase, a first attic bedroom under the roof will be a cozy little nest for two people with 1 140x190 bed, a sink, a small bathtub and 1 toilet. A 2nd bedroom located in the basement of the gîte has 2 80x200 beds that can be converted into 1 160x200 bed. A private shower open to the bedroom with a sink. Independent WC. In the corridor which leads to the bedroom there is a washing machine and a dryer. You can have a small terrace of 3 m² at the entrance to the cottage with table and chairs. Public parking 50 meters away.
