Description of the accommodation

Detached local-style house dating from 1893, on a working farm.
Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen area, lounge (sofa bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
Pitch pine upper floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 single bed 90 x 190 cm, desk), baby bed, shower room with toilet.
Electric heating.
3000 m² grounds with terrace, swing set, sandpit, pétanque, and badminton.
High-speed internet and 3G mobile network.
External reinforced socket, but PLEASE NOTE: €50 flat rate payable on site if charging an electric car.
Linen (sheets, tea towels, and bath towels) and cleaning are extra. Hiking trails have been developed and there are plenty of places of interest: Haras du Pin, Montormel Memorial, Camembert village, and more.

The price includes: 1 crate of wood provided upon arrival.
Wi-Fi, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor games, free electric vehicle charging, terrace, pets allowed, farmhouse, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, television, DVD player, detached house, heating included, babies welcome.

Options to be paid on site:

En leuk huis, op een boerderij. Helemaal privé, heerlijk buiten zitten en gezellig binnen.Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.Hartelijke bedankt voor het verblijf!Wij waren er om de Wereldkampioenschappen in Haras national du Pin bij te wonen. Dit is 13 km. wat heel goed te rijden is.Tegelijk veel in de omgeving verkend. Het Camembert museum was daar 1 van.

Le gîte est très bien équipé. La cuisine notamment contient tous les ustensiles et accessoires, rien ne manque en plats, couverts etc. La possibilité de se promener dans le petit bois appartenant à la propriété était très appréciable pour faire courir le chien. Nos hôtes ont été très sympathiques et discrets, et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant. Les bruits de l'exploitation laitière de nos hôtes ont apportés un charme particulier à ce séjour.
